About EAP
PIK Center provides companies and organizations with services under the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Bulgaria. Through this program, we take care of our customers who are Bulgarian or foreign companies. In addition, we are a supplier of EAP to Bulgaria in cooperation with some of the world leaders in the field. The Employee Assistance Program is a completely confidential service designed for the benefit of employees, provided by the employer and working for the benefit of the entire organization. Employees of companies that use EAP have free access to various psychological and psychotherapeutic services, counselling and support.

The Employee Assistance Program provides services to client organizations designed to help people who are experiencing personal or family difficulties, work problems, or personal development needs. By taking advantage of the program's opportunities, they are better able to maintain their emotional health, mental comfort and balance in life. They are able to fully focus on the important things - at work and at home. PPS provides solution-focused psychological support brief therapy, coaching, guidance, support and expert counseling to employees and their families.

В организациите, които имат EAP:

  • отбелязва се значително намаляване на стреса на работното място
  • увеличава се ангажираността на служителите

Последните проучвания измерват един нов показател: „загубено продуктивно време“ (ЗПВ). Това е показател за индексиране на двойното въздействие на отсъствията от работа и презентизма върху нивото на общата производителност на труда на служителите. ЗПВ се измерва в брой часове на месец.

Разликата в часовете на загубеното продуктивно време преди и след въвеждането на Програмите за подпомагане на служители в организацията е ключов елемент във финансовия анализ на възвръщаемостта на инвестициите. Това е валидно за компании от всякакъв размер. За 2020 г. проучване установява, че възвръщаемостта на инвестициите в EAP варира от 3 към 1 за малки компании, до 5 към 1 за средни компании и 9 към 1 за големи компании.

Само спестените разходи от отсъствия от работа са достатъчни, за да се изплати инвестицията в ЕАР, но по-голямата част от спестяванията идват от това, че служителите са в състояние да се върнат към почти нормални нива на производителност на работното място след консултирането.
