Seasonal Affective Disorder
The condition called Seasonal Depression, also known as "Seasonal Affective Disorder" (SAD), occurs during every autumn-winter period. According to some studies, it affects over 5% of the working population, with younger people (between 20 and 30 years old) being the most affected. If you have been experiencing:
